To format an SD memory card. This will clear the entire SD card of its contents.
Do the following:
1. Place SD card in slot on your computer
2. Open My Computer and find the drive location that contains your SD card
3. Right click on the Drive Letter.
4. Click on FORMAT
5. When prompted click the Quick Format box
6. Click OK to perform the format
